Yes, my favorite character ever is Ash Upton, a red head. Strangely, one of my disliked characters is Ranma, an almost the same character.

When I watch a movie or read a book, I prefer to not even try and figure out plot points ahead of time. That way I'm as surprised as the characters.

I'm with Sirus on not reading it, but I'm not with him on trying to figure out plot points ahead. I like making predictions all the time about what's gonna happen, cause I like to see if I got the flow of the story right.
