That is just the name of the image "Tantallospng" but it is on png format, you can check. I did not even know it was on jpg before you mention it.

It's irrelevant to the game but I figure I'll clear it up: when you save an image in MSPaint, the default file format is jpg. Saving as jpg greatly decreases the quality of the image (which is why the colors/line quality in the image is degraded in your portrait compared to other portraits). Even if you save to a lossless png later, the artifacts will still remain. The only way to remove the artifacts is to take the original image, not yet saved as jpg, and save as png or bmp or something. And of course, paint doesn't have a transitional file type like psd, so it's most likely the jpg is the only original you have.

Like I say, it doesn't matter, just an interesting note about file formats for future reference.

Use a dedicated program like Graphicsgale or ASEsprite. Both are free, both are made entirely for spriting. They're a lot better, trust me.

I don't do sprite work frequently enough that getting an entire different program would be worthwhile, so MSPaint is my spriting workhorse.
