I would recommend healing Charlotte to get her on her feet instead of healing Daniel. 3 people up and tanking 2 attacks is better than two people, especially if Daniel and Charlotte both have Vulneraries to keep everyone up and fighting.

Taricus, you're letting the enemy out into an open room if you do that. You'd be slaughtered unless everyone else also runs.
