I feel like I should change Chris's bio a little bit. Some time between my creating him and him getting into the game he morphed into something of a troll. Real truth of the matter is I just don't think I'm good at playing quiet people, which is somewhat ironic... >.>

From my D&D experience, quiet people are boring to play.

Boisterous bruisers and conniving sneaks being the best.

Bards and the like can be fun to play as if you're good at coming up with jokes and songs.

I once played a very friendly ranger. The GM made my induction an attack ability. Killed the boss by saying my name.

At a young age, [REDACTED] discovered a talent for fire magic. It started with accidentally burning his/her house down, then accidentally burning down the magic academy to which he/she was sent to study. Several accidents and "accidents" after that led to him/her being sent off to the tutelage of a highly-practiced fire sage, where he/she learned to control his/her magic. Despite this control, he/she enjoyed lighting things on fire and blowing them up entirely too much for his/her tutor's liking. As a result, he/she got a job burning things for [GROUP OF PEOPLE YOU FIGHT IN THE NEXT CHAPTER]. Unfortunately, the pay is crap and opportunities to light things on fire are scarce, so he/she is considering other employers. He/she could probably be persuaded to burn and/or blow up things for a merry band of adventurers, particularly one with a higher standard of living and more opportunities to burn stuff and/or blow it up.
