We are sorely lacking magic firepower.

There seems to be too many fliers.

As for magic, if we really need it, I was thinking of going Monk/Nun, but I haven't even started on the character him/herself.

Well my character was going to be a swordmaster(thus the Lyn recoloured), but I remember a lot more sword users. Guess I'm changing back to that class.

Anyone know a good name for a personal fault for fear of being alone. Stuff I came up with and rejected were shy, needy and(why brain, why) Attention whore.

You could go with the medical term like I did for Chris's fault (Schizoid Personality Disorder). In this case it's Isolophobia (Fear of solitude, being alone).

Ah geez, I dunno what I should do. What's our plan, are we going to turtle our way through these guys?

EDIT: We should probably block off those two courtyard entrances at 14,6 and 14,8 with Gregor and Alex. Main problem with that is neither one can get to the northern chokepoint this turn. Then, maybe by next turn or so, Tantallos and Riven can get into position to provide ranged support. We could sit and take them as they come, but Haspen may be counting turns on this mission, we don't know. I think we should advance and establish a new forward line of defense while it's an option.

One thing we could try is forming an advancing wall; Alex and Gregor in the front, Valor and Derick just behind and to the sides of them, Seyena and Olison behind them, and Chris and the magic users in the middle to provide ranged support and healing.

But for now, we need to get everyone into that room and get the entrances to the courtyard blocked off.

Yeah, things aren't going to be nice. From what I see, there's a lot of things that need doing. You need to get the money, armorslayer, and crit lance off of Daniel and have him get the red gem off of the Robert before he kicks it. Then you gotta get the gem off of Daniel and kill Robert, get everyone in semi-fighting condition and try to figure out how to assault. The problems with assaulting them that I see are primarily the mages, the ballista, and the priest. The priest can silence our mages, which isn't good, the ballista can target the weaker of our party beyond the front lines, not good as well, and the mages can decimate the front lines, which is also terrible.

If you can get rid of those things though, you got it made. Everyone out there can only cause Alex to laugh and say to stop tickling him, and if you give him Pure Water he'll laugh off magic too. But pure water might be better to go to someone who would kill mages faster though, as taking them down is a bit of a priority in my mind. Chris can kill the fliers in a snap, the only thing to worry about with them is if they can get to the weaker of the party. The ballista will be the hardest to tackle, simply because you can't really get to it very well, nor fast, and its defended by a knight and a mage which is bad news.

If you want to block off the courtyard entrance though, I heavily suggest staying away from the 13.X entrances until you're ready, of the four mages out there almost all of them can attack whoever is standing there. Depending on who you put there, that will either down them, or harm them while the melee units down them.

Well, this fight will be interesting if nothing else. Don't think you guys ever fought a huge horde of people at once.

Starting to think Grifen should go Archer Trainee instead of Rider Trainee. ATs get better or equal stats in every category, especially SKL and SPD, and even start with MAG and RES. The only downside is a lack of horse, and that won't take long to fix.

Well, this fight will be interesting if nothing else. Don't think you guys ever fought a huge horde of people at once.

I think the closest thing would be the cavalier rush back in Chapter 2. Chump change compared to this bunch O_o
