If Sal just backs up, they would need three crits out of four attacks and a hell to take him down (working under the assumption Hell would eat ten of his health). If he's not helled, not even if all four hits critted would he go down.

If Sal attacks one and backs up, he would need to be helled and have three cries or two cries and the rest of the attacks to hit to be downed. If not helled, not even six crits from them will take him down.

Of course both plans become riskier if he kills one.

EDIT: Okay, since Olison whiffed, the plan has changed slightly for the turn.

Math tells us that short of a DISASTER, Olison can hold the north choke for a single turn, so we're gonna make him. Alex is going to move one step to the right, and... Nothing else I guess? Oh, no, get ready to guard Sal instead.

Salvatore comes down and Axe punches the Sentinel to death, and then I go get us that pretty pretty pearl from Hegen.

Well, after Seyena goes to a spot where I get that sweet +30 crit. Preferably after punching a wizard.

Wait, no, Then Seyena goes to Alex's current spot and range attacks the Bishop. The counter should be null, I think.

Then, Sal comes down and kills the Sentinel. Then I crit Hegen in his ugly face and toss Alex the pearl.
