Consider this: Gregor and Derick have a duel with same quality weapons (Iron, for example) and in neutral conditions (no terrain, supports and so on). On whom you would bet?

Derick the Swordmaster of Doom
Gregor the Tanky Stab-Sentinel

I'm calling it now that the archer girl has the stone.

The bigger problem might be that she is alerting EVERYONE with a sharp pointy object that we're all still alive.

Nah, why would the archer girl carry the prized artifact? It's not like Eor thought he would lose his village or militia or something.

Or unless keeping the stone safe was the archer girl's job in the first place.

Is it wrong that I'm using an excel sheet to try to figure out where I should put my progression rates? :x

I dunno if I'd call it wrong, per se. I just sort of winged mine, but I'm sure others have meticulously calculated how they'd like their stats to end up :P

Was she relatively close to Eor when the militia dieded?

Aren't you the one that wants to burn down the house?  Do you know how hard it is to find a single ash-covered rock of indeterminate size in a noble manor's worth of ash, debris, and detritus?  :P

I kinda did the same thing as Sirus. :P And no, I don't think she was that close. A few tiles away at the very least.

I put 10% in MAG progression before realizing there was a magic-oriented promotion. 2 MAG basically locks me into Sniper.

So yeah, winging it may not be the best idea :P

Better and not as painful as being stabbed would be, even if it would take longer.

So, what would you do with the servants, family, and household guards that the manor would likely house?
