Third time's the charm, I guess! Killed that first boss, have lots of nice upgrades, and now I'm working on clearing out the rest of the stage.

...If this still doesn't unlock anything, I quit :v

Still trying to kill the boss. Horrible, horrible death each time. Darn missile critters and teleporting/electric golems... If it was just the boss I could probably smack 'em. Monsoon ain't no joke I guess.

@Sirus: If you're playing on Rainstorm/Medium, you're guaranteed one for beating level 3, at least. If I could figure out how to open a port on this damn thing I'd try to help you unlock some of 'em. But yeah, some of the classes are hard to unlock. I recently found out HAN-D and the Acrid can only be done on solo.

Level 3? I can't even get through level 2. And yes, I'm playing on Medium.

On the bright side, I think I found something awesome. Double Rusty Knife for bleeding, two kinds of health regen, a recharging shield, two different kinds of homing missiles, piercing attacks, dead enemies catch on fire, and chances for double damage.

Bad news: Holy crap I hate black imps so bad it hurts. Or really anything that teleports right at me.

I think the clay men are my overall most hated enemy. Those little bastards always seem to spawn as elites that can heal other enemies/are surrounded by electricity/leave fire trails/can teleport to you/fire heatseeking missiles randomly/are faster than you. >.<

Well, unlocked the Enforcer, and finding him much less useful than the Commando. A riot shield isn't very helpful when enemies can squeeze into the one-pixel gap between you and a wall to attack from behind, and his lack of mobility is really crippling for me :/

Oh well, early to bed for me tonight. Gotta give the nyquil time to kick in.

It's not really worthy to hang out in levels to 'grind'. Just find the teleporter and activate it!

The enemies alway spawn en masse during the '90 secs countdown' so you will always have some target practice to kill. After the map is cleared, buy all the things around that you can (chests, statues, etc). Unfortunately the cash->exp conversion stops being lucrative after you hit lvl.8 or so.

Another RoR tidbit: I unlocked Acrid I freed him from the cage purely by a stroke of luck - in Sunken Caverns, I decided to go with that super empty platform just to check if there's no containers, and lookit, there was a cage.

I haven't touched hard mode yet, so I dunno.

My best run was hard mode. I normally died in the second area in rainstorm(I think that medium), almost got to fourth on monsoon.

So! We have some nice stuff on sale and not enough money to purchase anything near all of it. The fact that a restore staff is only 1k gold is good.

I think we should sell off some of the things we don't need, and then consider our options. The antidote and antidote staff should go. Any other recommendations?

We have 2.5k on hand. Some potential loadouts are:

1) Restore, Vuln, Vuln, Vuln, Vuln, Vuln (this would give many of the non-staff characters revival capabilities again)
2) Restore, Concoction, Pure Water (defense against Prixima's magykks)

I'm all for grabbing some pure water, more than one stack of it if possible. Alexander isn't the only one with low RES after all

Yeah, if we're grabbing a restore staff the antidotes just become redundant. As far as our inventories go, I can't really get rid of Gregor's stuff. His stuff is starting to break down, yes, but it should still be good for one more battle and it doesn't look like any replacement Killer Lances are on sale.
