Anyway, now that I have a healing spell, should I cast it on Olison or use my vulnerary instead?

Every thing that can reach you can OK you in one shot so healing spell so someone can heal you using your vulnerary.

Now if only things looked that good in-game. Olison and Sal are both on the verge of death, Raquel is off on her own and surrounded, and I'm sure we'll lose another building if Edwin comes back to help out. Matilda might also be a lost cause. Ugh.

OK, with luck like that, we cannot let Derick die.  If he were on his feet, we'd have already swept aside all in our path.

Regarding the last turn, at least Ami's still on her feet, and they had to burn three attacks to take down Derick.  That's a lot better than I feared.  Olison and Salvatore need to be raised this turn if we don't want to lose them, and Valor and Alex the turn after.  Gregor didn't grab Charlotte's Vulnerary last turn, so we may want to worry about that for the moves as well.   I'm not quite as cut-off as I look, either; if need be, I can move clear over to Charlotte's tile this turn.  Wyvern Knight B's still asleep, as well, giving us one less pain to worry about.  So, question - do we want to try to raise Alex again, or go for Tantallos/Valor?

Haspen, what are the ranges on my called magic spells? Do I need to be next to Olison to heal him or what?

The ranges are exactly the same as those of respective spellbook/staff.

How about I take Charlotte's vulnerary, go heal Olison while Ami heals Sal? Then Charlotte can attempt to take down one of the wyvern riders (staying next to Gregor if possible for DEF bonuses) and Ami can try to come along as well.

I think it's probably better if I heal him and you use Ami's vulnerary on someone else. Sal needs to be healed, but Derick is also a good choice, as well as Alex. I think that Charlotte should also go for that mage knight ASAP, but taking down those archers is also good.

Do you want me to cast Heal on Olison or go sleep Pillager A again?

There's a hundred things I could be doing better than vulning, but I'm blocking Derick right now, so :I

Soo, if we need someone to take Ami's spot, Raquel may be an option.  That position cannot be attacked except by Archers and the Mage Knight from the south, and with 8 DEF, 13 RES, and 25 HP (22 if she heals), she can take one non-crit hit and counter, knocking out at least one enemy and possibly two if they miss at least once.  From that position, she can wake up Alex or take down either Paladin D or Wyvern Rider F.  This, however, leaves Paladin B and Wyvern Knight C open behind our lines and able to attack any one of our healers by sweeping around.  This unfortunately blocks the original plan to have Raquel accompany Seyena south, but that plan doesn't seem viable in either case.  It also puts Raquel at serious risk of KO - kill Archer E on the counterattack, and another archer or magic-user can take his place, which would block off Derick and possibly Alex. 

Hmm, if Ami moves to heal Olison, Charlotte can take her place and swing at Rider F, Archer D, or Mage Knight.  Gregor can then take Charlotte's place and trade for her Vulnerary, using it to heal Salvatore.  Raquel can circle around and eliminate Paladin B or get Tantallos on his feet yet again, and Seyena can either go after Matilda or help Riven out.  That also leaves Edwin free to knock out another enemy, likely Wyvern Knight C, though he's at direct personal risk from those Riders right now and if they go after him, he's going to be cut off way on the far side of nowhere.
