Indeed, Tantallos and maybe Riven are likely the only two people in the group Raquel knows right now.  I don't think she really interacted with anyone else in Chapter 3, except in passing.

On that note, any specific place you want me to drop you this turn Powder? Or do you want me to drop you next turn? Some spots I see are: 10.11, although one of the monks have access to that area; 8.13, although once again one of the monks have access to said area... There is another, but both monks have access to said area, so I figure you don't want to touch that spot. Those are the only two good spots I see, unless you just want me to get you as close as possible to there. Which I don't advise because of the monks.
