Create a monstrous Praying mantis with fur, scales, and covered in poisonous spines;and 7 heads to block the North doorway from others
You need to use actual words to make stuff like that.

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

I would ask why fire can burn two men to death without getting hot enough to burn a book, but then I read "INEXTINGUISHABLE RUNNING KAMIKAZE RADIOACTIVE FLAMING ZOMBIE" and realized that logic, reason, and physics are all occupied with crying in the corner right now.

Head trough the south doorway, and grab the first Treasure I can see inside

[3+1,3-1] You summon a...thing that looks like a hand holding a fancy cup of some kind. It wavers a bit. [4] It looks like something safe and helpful. As to the treasure, [3-1] you don't see any.

Head south.
You follow Javier C.

There is definitely Joachim.
[6+2,2+1] A blast of swords comes out your right hand. [1-7] In trying to point the blast at Joachim, you end up sending swords into your own legs and abdomen, ripping them off and apart, respectively. You're bleeding out and will die in a turn if no one heals you.

Nothing tries to stop you, [5,3-1] and when you shout at the guy who stands in the way, [5,2-1] causing a bunch of vines to sprout out of your arms. You fall to the ground, encompassed by a plant sprouting from you.

[2] Nothing seems to happen. You enter the room unhindered.

Leave through north door
Say words

You meander through the north door and [5+2,6] create a  hollow sphere made of arrows, 10 feet across. It seems to have a hole in one side you could enter.

run north, find an unoccupied room and say words
Running north, there are two people. Running east, there is a door leading to a room with no people. [6+1,4] You create a large sword, as big as the German zweihander, if not bigger, and made entirely of orangish energy.

Examine room more closely.
It is fifteen feet square, with shelves and a map. You find supplies including food, bottles of various liquids (some alcoholic), arrows, oil, torches, a few lanterns, books, plastic figurines, and even a Monopoly set.

The eight spread out. Two are already almost down. The rest are a bit confused.

The statue in Room 1 animates. It says,
"PROVE TO ME YOUR WORTH AND BE REWARDED. FAIL AND BE SLAIN."
The pool in Room 2 quivers.
