Publically known character information:Hati Norvegus
She was born on the street in the slums of the city and grew up surrounded by rats and other vermin. She survived by first emulating and later interacting with the lowly creatures, training them to aid her in finding food and shelter. She gained a great respect for the animals and crawling things that other people loathed, seeing them both as underdogs in a constant valiant struggle for survival and as an underappreciated force which helps to keep the balance of the world by thriving off the excess and waste of others.
Eventually conditions worsened in her corner of the world to the point that she had to move on. She left the city, accompanied by her closest pet, Nogg the dire rat. As her upbringing hadn't left her with any great skill at dealing with people, she instead headed away from civilization into the great outdoors. She found that many of the survival skills she had learned in the streets and sewers still carried value in the wilderness, and became adept at traveling and living off the land.
Recently she's begun offering her knowledge of survival skills both in wilderness and on the street as a means to a meager income.

Cian Kemp
Orphaned at the age of five, Cian lived much of his early life on the streets - fighting for food and his life on numerous occasions. He quickly learned the value of discretion, learning to move unseen and pick his battles. Street fighting is dirty, and delivering a knife in the gut is easier than a drawn out fight that attracts too much attention. His talents were soon noticed by a local crime gang, and they put him to use as a novice burglar - breaking into noble's houses and carrying off the loot. But that didn't last, and he soon found himself facing prison time after being abandoned by his compatriots when the militia showed up while he was doing a job. Since he was only fifteen the local administrator was lenient - Cian got to keep his hands, and only got six years of hard labor.
Now 21 and just out of prison, Cian has decided to start a career in a slightly less illegal profession - adventuring and dungeon exploration. He figures his skills in B&E and dirty fighting should translate well.
Semli Conforge
A somewhat unscrupulous dwarf loremaster sent from the mountainhomes to seek knowledge and artifacts of dragonkind in the wider world.
While having a fairly uneventful history up 'till the present, Semli developed a lasting and powerful love of knowledge and magical trinkets early in his life, fascinated by both the magical workings of the dwarves and those of passing travelers. Between his experiments (and the resulting occasional accident), inquisitive nature, and somewhat negotiable morals, his presence becoming an increasingly irritating one for the powers that be in his homeland. Ultimately, Semli was given a choice between a chance at redemption... or exile. He chose redemption, leading to his current assignment which is as much penance as duty.
Semli's inclination towards curiosity and his somewhat conflicted relationship with the mountainhomes (as well as a general lack of logistical support therefrom) has left pursuit of his quest somewhat lackadaisic. He now wanders about looking for work, amusement, or leads.
Manual
- Cleric
Merin Wistyn
Bio: Naturally gifted with magic from a very young age, she worried her parents and most of the burrough. They tried to discourage her use of them with extra chores and work in the fields, though that never stopped her from practicing them in her free time.
She has since decided that life cooped up in the burrough wasn't for her, and wanted to see the world as well as be able to practice her abilitities more freely. And an incident that caused the townsfolk to banish her, might have aided in that descision. Besides it could've been anything that spooked that pony into a wild panic that badly injured one
Who would be interested in doing a
Neverwinter Nights campaign?
I'm thinking we get together a group of 4-6 players with the plan to play together for several hours at a time, one night per week. Everyone starts at level 1, and we play our characters exclusively together in an ongoing campaign.
It would be convenient to just download a module to play, but I'm toying with the idea of making a custom campaign if we do this. For example...we play once a week, so that would give me a week between sessions to build the module we play the following week, with story continuity between modules. Alternately, if we already have other experienced NWN DMs, I'd be happy to let somebody else do it.
But at this point this is just an interest check. Who would be interested?
