Jak and Daxter mod

Would it somehow be possible to make a Jak and Daxter mod? Y,know implementing the different types of eco, and maybe making a race of metalheads and krimzon guards that raid your fortress?

Metalheads and KGs are not a problem.
Ravs are magical and with a bit of imagination you can pretty much create anything you want along with equipement.

Now Eco might be a problem because some effects might be a bit tricky to mod in but i'd guess it's possible since the patch that added husks (i guess) and advanced reactions.

They're called "interactions", and they were added in 34.01. Oh yeah, that's fully possible. Blue eco can use CE_SPEED_CHANGE, red eco can use CE_PHYS_ATT_CHANGE, yellow eco can use a MATERIAL_EMISSION interaction that shoots more yellow eco, dark eco can do some weird stuff, etc.
