You don't always need a skill.  Raw animal magnetism like Krixik's pickup lines are just charisma.

Diplomacy is the best roll to handle it, but it is whatever roll the player and DM indicate.

You easily could just bluff your way into someone's bed, intimidate them in an alluring way, or sweet talk them.

It should be noted that just because you succeed it doesn't mean they are "seduced". Diplomacy and Bluff arn't the Jedi Mind trick, they can still fail even if you succeed.

As well just like Cthulhu says, roleplay is always best. Sometimes I outright ignore rolls if someone is roleplaying someone entirely unlikable. Likewise even if someone's diplomacy check fails but they roleplay someone rather likable, I can ignore it in that case too. Sometimes Dungeons and Dragons is about knowing when NOT to require a roll.

Ohh don't get me wrong, I would in a heart beat! But... I am not a vet DM and I still make plenty of mistakes.

It is something that could hurt the experience of many people who are looking for someone who is a bit more seasoned and can run things without any stumbling blocks.

Magic Beasts with intelligence above 3 are immune to handle animal checks unless there is a listed exception.
