Got busy with some other things, but I'm messing around with char creation again. Made a sorcerer. Were we supposed to pick traits too? I notice some of the traits seem a bit OP - like being able to get +2 initiative and stuff.

At this moment, Naryar has secured a place in the party, being the only cleric.  Sorry, but I think I'm gonna have to drop a fighter in favor of a cleric.

Also at this rate, we're definitely gonna need to kill players or start a second campaign, there's quite more than 8 players.

I am not running this game, so you are pretty safe from unfair odd deaths.

Such as a room I once created filled with black tar with a unicorn on the walls becuase it is wearing hoofs of spiderclimb... and there is a valve at the top filled with boiling tar.

Oddly enough with their trap sense ability... their life expectancy goes up dramatically.

It's not like you have to take everybody.  Sometimes it's a good idea to look through the submitted characters and build a working party from them, five characters or so.  I hope I'm not putting my head on the chopping block by suggesting that.

That sounds amazing, but doesn't it require 2 DMs in theory? otherwise, there's no real physical difference, it would still be equally confusing and overcrowded.
