Orcas looked through the bountiful empty books. Fitting, very fitting indeed, for the Lord of Judgement to whittle away his time passing on his Judgement to all who come after. He picked one up and fingered through the empty pages. It was a little difficult with gauntlets rather than fingers. One must make do with what one has, though.
:
"Fascinating. The start to a grand journey of knowledge. I am sure Seerus would appreciate this room, too. I must show him when the time comes."This all happened awfully fast. Despite his best judgement, he did not expect to take the throne himself. The group did not target him with animosity like they did each other. Was it good to be respected by these fire-forged allies? Or was it bad to be respected by these self-indulgent villains? Perhaps a little of both.
:
"Mmmm. I wonder."He looked around for a writing instrument, but he was interrupted.
CR-CRACK-KA-POW!
Orcas heard an explosion going off where he'd last seen Derm headed.
He put a book back in its original location on the shelves and slowly made his way down to the base level. When he got there, he saw Derm, Seerus and another creature.
Eddevot: "Hoooh~ calm down Lord, you' tower is not here since you aren' the High Lord! Ya gotta rebuild the other towers wit' Hatred!"
:
"That is correct: he is not. My name is Orcas Dullivan, High Lord of this tower. I assume, from the part of your monologue I overheard, you are helping us around the tower now?"Orcas tilted his helmet and squinted.
:
"I have seen the way these things go in the past. A jester-like minion materializing under the service of a great lord only to betray them when the time is right. What is in it for you? Why be loyal to us, the Lords of Evil?"
