   A new generation of life-forms has formed.A generation many called "The Spawn".
   The possibilities were infinite.Some even called it the "Brood"..
   You were a part of this generation,a part of the Spawn.The Spawn was a part of you.You may have been the Spawn yourself.
   This is the story of the Spawn.This is your story.How it happened,we are about to see.
   So take a seat.And hear this story.....

----Gameplay----
There are many ways to play.
a)Become a queen:You will be the mother of the Spawn.Your role is to support your Spawn in any way you can.
                          From making eggs so the sleeping Spawn (waitlisters will enter the game if an egg is available,on death will be placed on waitlist) to upgrading your hive.
  Requirements:Be active.Without a good queen the Spawn will fail.Do not disappoint the Spawn.
  Spawn with 50 Brood Points (BP)
b)Become a drone:You are the queens main minion.You will be building for the queen.
  Spawn with 25 Brood Points (BP)
c)Become a hunter:You will be able to do whatever you want outside the hive.
 Spawn with 0 Brood Points (BP)
d)Become a warrior:You are the queens defender and force.
 Spawn with 5 Brood Points (BP)
e)Become a healer:You will be able to heal buildings,generate Brood Points(BP) to give to your fellow Spawn,heal other spawn,boost growth and aging of Spawn,able to create own infestation and own buildings and able to mutate and evolve spawn without using a spawning pool.
 Spawn with 15 Brood Points (BP)

----Mutating/Evolving----
As the game goes on,you will be able to evolve and mutate.The drones and the queen can use their Brood points to create infestation and buildings.
You will evolve using Brood points.You will get them from eating corpses,recovering them from dead Spawn members or just staying around the infestation made by the Brood buildings.

The game starts on a small cave.This is where you will be making your first hive.
You are on an unknown planet.


----Upgrades----
Upgrades will be kept for the future generations.
You will have to enter the hive to be reborn to gain upgrades that were made after you were born.
Once you got enough Brood Points you can make a new caste that others can be born as as well.

Sounds interesting, do you have info on gameplay other then what classes are available? Also, do the classes play differently other then starting BP and moves per turn?

You will be starting out on a cave and will have to select where you put your buildings,where you set your eggs,where you put your queen (immobile)
The hunters will be going out to get food and glory for the Spawn.Eventually you will all probably starve without food.


As for the classes:You will never see a combat harvester to win a single battle uninjured,you will never see a hunter or warrior build any buildings,you will also never see a queen leave her nest and so on.

My explanation for it:
You and the queen found a cave.After you set up and made eggs everybody will be 0 years old that were just born.
Being reborn for a new upgrade will still have your age value though.

The actions-per-turn gap between hunters and the queen seems rather... extreme. I think balancing it out somewhat would be a veeery good idea.

Hmm.I guess I could change that to a bit more but still:
1.The hunter can do anything he wants.
2.His death may not matter at all.
3.The hunter is not probably going to be in the hive and has no influence on the hive.

As for the queen..
1.Has to make a lot of eggs/help her Spawn and so on.
2.Is immobile.
3.Has to be spoon-fed.
4.Is vulnerable and shabby.
This list goes on and on...

I could care less about in-game justifications. Depending on the length of turns, either whoever is playing the queen is going to have a decent well-paced game and hunters will become bored (and leave the game, as has frequently happened before) due to a single possible action, or (if the turns are <=24 hours) the hunters are going to have a decent game and the queen will get his brains fried from overload.

I have set up a pool for people to express their opinions.
I am no beast or unreasonable man so the most voted option will be taken in place.
