PFP

Town-tells are scum-tells! The scummiest players are thus the most trustworthy.
And there it is.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

That is a fallacy.

Rule #0 of mafia: If you have a good reason for what you did, then it isn't scummy.

Some things are different because this game is different, but scumtells still apply because there is still a scumteam. Rather than presenting a case for why particular players are rebels in spite of what appear to be scumtells, you instead argued that all towntells are scumtells, and thus all scum players are trustworthy.

(You also neglected to argue that scumtells are also towntells, and thus by your reasoning, players with both scumtells and towntells would still be more scummy)

And including a picture of the Sicilian does not make it okay.

PFP again

I'm downvoting. I know for a fact NQT's scumteam is wrong, and the information he's working from is just bad. No team can pass without rebels voting it up, so voting up a bad team really can't be a scumtell.

I'm sorry NQT, but you've made me regret backing you. Since you didn't weigh in during the last day of preparations, I have no basis for trusting your judgment now. Rebel or not, you've failed to make any coherent sense, and since you failed to answer any of my queries leading up to this, you're pretty completely betrayed the trust I put in you.

Not because you put up a team I didn't agree with, but because you've done a terrible job of making your case.

I'm objecting to the team itself because Tiruin is on it, mostly.

On another note, Dariush upvoting makes sense, because from his POV, the next two organizers are spies.

That means Dariush will be proved wrong after this team fails then

LS: I can't imagine it going down any other way.

ZU: Why?

Ford, the Sicilian was there to show that I was talking ironically. I'm really not that dumb. I'm sorry you feel your trust has been misplaced. I've maybe come across as a little bit crazy these last few days, but frankly I don't know enough to guess the scum team and make a case so I'd rather my team fail and we have more time to look at votes and what people have said and so on. I don't think Tiruin is a spy for the reasons I've given, but these are reasons that no one else (not even Tiruin) gives any weight to, so what can I say?

> It would be hard enough to see that if Toaster/LS was scum - they'd both sabotage. I know I didn't sabotage.
This is something I want to point out.  The possibility of Toaster and Leafsnail both being spies is so low it's not even funny.  The reason is they tossed their victory for the first "third mission".  So I also agree that only one of you is a spy.  I'm largely leaning on you because of how you're behaving, but the third spy being either Toaster or Leafsnail is certainly still possible even if I don't really believe it anymore.

NQT's latest posts have been a complete joke and it kind of hurts you when you side with what he thinks scum-hunting in this game means.

And with ZU 99% confirmed spy that doesn't leave any choices left.

Posting this ahead of time because of the lack of time.
I'm not sure how this explains how acting irrational isn't a bad thing.

If I had to pick either Toaster or Leafsnail right now instead of Tiruin for spy, it would be Toaster.  This is mainly just bad mojo but his far-back attitude and telling me to not bother with Tiruin feels lazy.  (also constant buddying hint hint)

It still wouldn't explain Captain Ford's team though.  Unless NQT and Nerjin both really are rebels, but I just can't believe that right now.

I'm actually considering
Ford
Nerjin
Toaster/Tiruin
Dariush

Hmm...

I'm game, come on guys let's do this team! Obviously the confirmed spy is putting up the best possible team for the town. [/sarcasm.]

Ugh...

I didn't really have enough time to let that all sink in and I knew I wasn't really going to. I'm pretty exhausted tonight, but I'm going to go over this again.

NQT: I guess I'm just having a hard time following your reasoning, then, because that's the only place that popped out at me while I was browsing at work.
