Hey! I figured I would run an RTD of this world I’ve thought up to hopefully make my writing a little better. I know I have a history of abandoning games, but this time I’ve made sure I have enough time to run it. They’ll be a turn every 1 – 2 days once the signup process is complete. I’m looking for 4 players and may expand on that at a later point in the story. You won’t know each other immediately but will meet at a later point (if you don’t die). If you have any questions about the world feel free to ask, I'm not telling you much as it would be a wall of text and I would rather give you the information as it comes instead of one large chunk. Also, if you see any problems with the writing please tell me, thanks.

Act I: In The Dark
When they couldn’t control us they oppressed us, when we tried to break free, they slaughtered us. When the money stopped flowing, they took everything from us, when all we had was lost, they lived like kings. When we wanted to see, they blinded us. When they couldn’t build out, they built up, and then they dug below. That’s where I live, Below.

How it works:

I’ll be using random.org for the rolls. It will be one d6, 6 being the best and 1 being the worst. For combat you can aim at certain parts of the body, but keep in mind it’s easier to hit the torso then it is to hit the head. EX: It takes a roll of 5+ to hit the head when unskilled and aiming, if you roll a 4 you’ll hit the torso, if your roll 3 or below you miss.

You can only have up to five points into something. You gain more points from being taught for a long period of time or doing something extremely difficult with said skill. Skills add roll bonuses and abilities. EX: Persuasion of 3 gets you a 30% discount on items. Persuasion of 5 allows you to have a 50% chance to talk your way out of getting captured if not killed in combat but lost.
Lock Picking: Makes it easier to picking locks, or tinker with them.
Knifes:  Makes it easier to aim for specific body parts when using knifes, affects ability to throw knifes.
Blunt Weapons: Makes it easier to aim for specific body parts when using a blunt weapon.
Mechanics: Helps you fix things, (or break them).
Pistols: Makes it easier to aim for specific body parts when using pistols.
Assault Weapons: Makes it easier to aim for specific body parts when using Assault Weapons.
Rifles:
Shotguns:  Makes it easier to aim for specific body parts when using Shotguns.
Sub Machine Guns:  Makes it easier to aim for specific body parts when using SMGs.
Unarmed:  Makes it easier to aim for specific body parts when using unarmed combat.
Dodge: Makes it easier to dodge incoming attacks.
Persuasion: Makes it easier to smooth talk, haggle, and lie.
Stealth: Makes it easier to remain undetected.
Throwing:  Affects ability to throw things, when throwing knifes the knife throwing skill affects this when throwing knifes.
Acrobatics: Makes it easier for you to jump, climb, and crawl.
Computers: Makes it easier to use computers quickly, and hack into them.
First Aid: Makes it easier to patch up minor wounds.
Surgery: Makes it easier to heal to major wounds, like broken bones, and missing limbs.

Well, I’ve decided to trust you all to make your own, make sure it’s in character and not OP.
If you guys are lazy I’ll make one for you, just leave it blank on the sheet.
You’ll get an extra one for every extremely difficult thing you pull off, the trait you get depends on what you did. EX: If you assassinate a leader throwing a knife without getting detected you’ll get a trait that has to do with stealth, throwing, or both.
You can also upgrade traits using trait points, you can upgrade certain parts of a trait, decrease the cool down, increase power, or whatever applies to your trait.

Below is a large ghetto, made when overpopulation became unbearable. It's filled with prisoners and outcasts, with the rare entrepreneur and gang boss. There are only three ways in and out. The emperor can and has cut off oxygen to certain sectors to kill rioters. There is a murder every .1 seconds. The population is roughly 100 billion. Epidemics have been know to kill hundreds of millions. In short, this place is a shithole where people go to die.

Sectors are a mile by mile block of below. Currently there are 20 sectors. They vary in riches and crime, 1 being the richest, 20 being the poorest. Different sectors have different laws, depending on their crime level. Sectors 1, 2, and 3 are the only ways to the Surface.

 Abbreviated SPD, they uphold the laws of below. They are known for their brutality, loyalty, and inability to take a bribe. SPD weapons depend on the sector, SPD of Sector 1 is known to have incredibly deadly weapons.

Bio: A nurse of minor skill, most would overlook her, harmless they say. They forget that if she knows how to keep someone alive, she also knows how to kill them.

Trait: First do harm: When Hope heals someone she gets a +1 to the next attack, when she scores a wound on someone she get a +1 to the next heal. Does not stack. Bonus is lost on use.

Name: Thomas Jameson
Bio: An underground boxer, gaining his money from forged fights and fake bets. He knew first aid from a lesson he followed ("A man keeps his body in shape. A true man is able to fix it if something goes wrong.") For this reason, he is quite strong and stubborn, always wanting to do things his way.

At the age of fourteen, as he grew up in a rough neighborhood, he got beaten up regularly. At the age of fifteen, he started boxing. At the age of seventeen, he was the one beating up the bullies. Before he knew, he became a good enough boxer to be able to afford his own little flat, together with his eight-dollar-an-hour job at the local fast food restaurant. From this, his life went downward. He got into the underground circuit of boxing, where a lot of money was circulating.

Making his own name down there, he was approached by a man making an offer too good to be true: He just had to beat up newbies for money. So he did, and although the "easy" life took its toll, he's still fit.

Bio: Once a rich man he was taken by the great art of murder and blood and began worshiping the unholy after his first kill. The man he was before is now lost forever.

Trait:
Feeder - Can butcher corpses and take the heart/brain or organs of a corpse to eat later. Eating it adds:+1 for the brain,+2 for the heart;0,5 for random organs. Effect does not stack.Effect is active for a small while.

Bio : Cowl was never much of a worker and was often found sleeping late into the day. Little did his family know he slept through the day because he spent his nights out hunting for people to steal from.
He begun this at an early age and by the time he became fully grown he had become one of the best thieves in 100 miles and was rightly proud of this achievement.
Skills : Knife ( 1 ) Dodge ( 1 ) Stealth ( 1 )
Trait : Shadow Dancer. ( Ability )
+1 evade.
+1 attack rolls.
+1 stealth.
+1 endurance.
Able to attack multiple enemies for one turn.

I have added the ability to upgrade stats, AKA you can decrease cool down, increase the power of what it does etc. I would also like it if all of your abilities had numbers, so I know specifically what they do.

Yeah, that's pretty OP, perhaps there should be some sort of draw back, like if you have too few skulls you'll lose health, or something like that. Well, either way, turn will be out in 2 hours.

What if I can change it to a perk called Feeder?
