The book can crush skulls, and the coffin grows ever stronger and now that is has a few dead dragons in it, it sends people flying a mile backwards to explode in a pile of gore. Gore which I then place into the coffin,

Hrmmm, unit switching vote is identical to team-numbers. Maybe the four-player team should start exploiting the democratic system!
Aside from the aforementioned people who didn't vote "on team lines," the team which was suggested would benefit from this was the one with four players...

But... the three player team has 1/3 of their team without necromancers and one player with the abilities to summon 6 skeletons while they are only allowed to have 4 at a time.
The four player team  has only 1/4 of their team with necromancers and no spare necromancers to trade...

And then there is the issue of putting all the archers in one team to guarantee that they kill stuff outright...

Before I get to work on the turn, which should be done in about ten or so minutes, I would like to point out that each player can have upwards of 4 skeletons each.

Each player may have 4 skeletons. Thus a team of 3 may have a max of 12, while a team of 4 may have a max of 16. The 4 summon limit applies per player rather than per team.

The explanation doesn't match the statement.
Before I get to work on the turn, which should be done in about ten or so minutes, I would like to point out that each player can have upwards of 4 skeletons each.
Not each team.

Anyways, my turn.

Name: Champion
Desc: Only the greatest of warriors will be chosen to represent an entire army.
Cost: 4
Movement: Three
H.P.: 25
Range: Adjacent
Attack: 7
Abilities:
[1] Call out [range 4]: Designate a called unit(C.U.) that this unit will pursue. The target will remain this unit's C.U. until either the C.U. is dead or this unit spends an action to call an additional unit. This unit may only attack a C.U. and will receive a maximum of one damage per action from actions performed by units other than the C.U..
[2] Arena: It requires double movement to leave a space adjacent to this unit.
[3] Bloodlust: This unit can attack and move on the same turn. This unit is unaffected by Haste.

The idea is to have a unit that gets into duels and has an ability to discourage just being ignored. I haven't really made the least effort to balance it...
