and question again, can i somehow become a knight to the lord with already made character? or if im a vassal then can i lead my lords troops?

Yes and yes.

Becoming a knight is simply a matter of swearing to someone and leding troops is just a matter of having them given to you.

The first realms have been formed. A realm needs at least one lord and one vassal each, most seem to consist of considerably more than that. Note that a good part of the regular coloured map is already claimed but those regions have not yet joined a realm.

I think I got a server e-mail a few hours after I donated on the IGG campaign. I think he sends them out by hand. So maybe yours will be sooner.
