Just realized that I spawned us in a small enclosed space.

I am Shomber Flunkendudle of Mogaroux.  I am just east of your guy's cluster.

I think I will be lord of the scrublands.

Was it just me or is the south really clear of nobles as compared to the rest of the game map?

OK, I have to reload the save.
There was a bit of a problem regarding flashfreezing, a ballistae, and a barrel of dwarven ale. Gonna fix it up.

In comparison to the center-east right now everywhere is sparsely claimed.

Well, I'm in the East, and when I started there was hardly anyone else nearby.  Now I have neighbors on all sides.  Oh well, more can join the glory of Crionacht-Talamh du Aed!

Frederik Pliskin, at your service, in the southeast corner. I also noticed a 'Herbert Derpman' on the map, and I'm wondering if his estate has a donut shortage...

I'm trying to get it working, but I can't seem to place my character. The map screen is just... blue.

I heard the neighboring provinces are quickly losing donuts as well.

Yeah there have been some weird bugs, but I personally haven't seen the blue screen one.  Maybe check the forum.

Spawned in as Alexander Dalofski.
Ruler of Dalofsgrad(Sodejex).
The people of my settlement are dirt farmers. Who eat rocks.
All we've got is scrubland here, and pretty much the entire population of the place has to devote itself to farming if anyone feels like eating in the next week.
It's gonna be a long while before this place goes anywhere.

If you are near me we should team up and become the lords of the steppe.

All the fat plains men think about is them selves, us scrublanders work together.

Just so ya know, your food production probably is not going to get much higher.  On the forums there, people are saying optimally, you'd have around 70% of your people farming, while the rest do other stuff.

AKA, let em starve and keep the rest.  (That is probably going to change drastically once the seasons and granaries/storage are implemented, if Battlemaster is any indication.)
