a tall sick looking man trys to sell a wrist mounted flamethrower, it looks to be well built and engineered, he boast that it has a 30 foot range.

note on vehicles supply's, every vehicle cost it size in supples for every day it is in use i.e. a bike will cost 1 unit per day to drive it where as the rhino is 8 units per day.
supples are use to repair damage as well.

food and water supply's per day are pretty self explanatory, you need one unit per person per day.
