I think we should watch this next match to gain a better understanding of the game, then join the one after it.

As of right now, we're not quite sure how long a game lasts. A second game, assuming that there's going to be more than one, might go until after supper time.

We can't risk missing dinner! Let's just jump right in, how hard can it be? Worst that happens is we lose and look silly.

I think we should both play and try and convince Alteis to join us.  He did mention that he might try one day, maybe we can make a friend if we convince him to make that day today :D

I'd say try to convince him to join us, but if we fail, sit this one out with him. Might be rather brutal, and we want to be on time tomorrow. Not to mention carrying a keg of gunpowder 5 miles might be a bit strenuous, (notice how the road curves...uphill? streams indicate this as well). We don't want to exhaust ourselves here if we're carrying an unwieldy 30lbs uphill tomorrow morning.

-ask the dude how long a match usually goes, and try to find out how much dmg the players come out of it with.

It certainly wouldn't hurt to watch the game once to know how it looks and goes.

If anything, we can always come play some other day, tomorrow after work, even.

Yes, please. This sounds like one of those "all-fucking-day" games. You know, like Cricket, only with wrestling.

Hey, we should get a harness/more belts to help carry the keg(assuming) tomorrow.

I'd also like to find out more about the game before we go jumping into one.

We're not going to die. It's a game. We'll get lots of bruises at the most. I say we play if we can make it home with food.

Yeah seriously, let's just play, we don't gain xp from sitting on our asses.  Xp's a thing right?

I tried that already. These people have no idea about the power of the belt.

Watch a game or two but don't play; we want to be well-rested tomorrow!
