What are you all doing? We have fur. We should wear nothing but belts and belt pouches. Hundreds of them.

Even if we decided to strip down naked, we would be well served by a dashing hat.

-2 perception.  I think we should keep that up, we're playing something sort of roguey (or so it appears).

So, we agree on 1 red rimmed cap,the V-cape, and the BROWN satchel?

And at least two belt pouches. And a belt, if applicable.

Ok wow, I just caught onto this after someone quoted that meme image in the out of context thread (I'm aware you've been doing this a month, but I don't generally check this subforum often), and I'm really blown away by the art. This is really great, I'm honestly very impressed. Will be keeping track.

Oh, and yeah, go for the pouch, and possibly the hat and cape too, I'm honestly not so sure that Maja can really pull off the musketeer look though.

We clearly need a hat. Question is, which one.
I vote for a pouch and a dashing befeathered hat.
Also, dark-blue cape.

Because redundant Dodge is never bad.

With such a wealth of assorted finery at your disposal, you have a hard time imagining a more dashing and adventuresome ensemble than the one you are totally about to purchase.

...as soon as you work out how much this stuff is worth.

17 coins? have I got the sums right?
It'd be more like five coins. Fifty USD for a whole outfit is still cheap, but we're haggling here.

> APPRAISAL CHECK - CRAFT (UNTRAINED): 15 (13+2)

You don't have much mercantile experience, but you think 17 Silver is a bit too high for all this, and 5 seems a bit too low. Maybe 10 Silver would be fair? If not, you can at least try to haggle for it.

> DIPLOMACY CHECK (UNTRAINED): 11 (11+0) vs. DIPLOMACY CHECK ??

You point out the brimmed red hat, the dark blue notched cloak, and a small brown belt pouch, and tell him your offer. The merchant agrees that it's a fair trade, and happily exchanges the goods for 10 Silver Coins. You update your inventory accordingly.

INVENTORY:

What are you all doing? We have fur. We should wear nothing but belts and belt pouches. Hundreds of them.

Well, since that's settled, and buyer's remorse hasn't set in yet, what did you want to look for in the Market next?

I think we're good here. Let's don our finery and explore the market further.

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.
