Actually, regeneration makes all damage nonlethal, except certain types defined in the creature. This typically, but not always, corresponds to a weakness of the creature.
Yeah in this instance I meant weakness as in something it is weak against, as opposed to something that bypasses DR. Not everything with regeneration has DR.

Adamantium arrows are fucking expensive.

If I got anything adamantium, it's going to be a Returning +1 Javelin. Or a Returning +1 Throwing Axe of Distance.

Cold Iron and Silver is fine for arrows, on the other hand.
