No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Well, you find a shop  in the back of the bazaar that sells a varied assortment of magical items, from rings to bags of wind. It should have what you are looking for...

I wish people would actually try and talk their way through things like that, rather than rely solely on Diplo rolls. Diplo is more how someone takes and responds to your words, in my mind.

Diplomancy also takes one in-game minute to use. Talking is a free action. Therefore, by simple math, it would take an infinite amount of talking to actually use diplomancy and I don't think any of us have the time for that.
