Question About Streaming

So I just started a playthrough of UFO Defense. I'd like to do a Let's Play later on. Is it possible to simply jack my TurtleBeach X32 Headphones into my computer and use those in order to facilitate commentary?

I usually hear people using some sort of sound manager to handle that.
