Hmmmm...so we need a healer or something, from looking at the char sheets, if Darvi's still gonna be our skill monkey. Any suggestions for what to be? I'd rather not play a tier 1 class, though playing just a buff-my-friends cleric would work. Eldritch Disciple maybe. Probably not. I'll have to go diggin through my Complete Divine, maybe get a PrC.

Favored Souls aren't too bad, and IIRC (and by extrapolation) they're Tier II.
