The Surgeon's hands reminds me of The Medic from TF2.

Yay! Got the operation done just a second ago. Don't use the circular saw, it sucks since it causes continual bloodloss, unlike a good smack with hammer is a loss of 3 liters of blood, but whatever. Of course, you can also try the bonesaw, but with it you might as well be operating while simultaneously playing QWOP with no decrease in the likelihood of success.

Also, do all operations get A++ each time?
Cutting the ribs apart with the scalpel is the best, I think. No blood loss.

Huh. I didn't even think you could use a scalpel for that. Still, you might as well use a bonesaw, the thing is, you must avoid poking lungs with the tip.

We are doomed. It's just that whatever is going to kill us all just happens to be, from a scientific standpoint, pretty frickin' awesome.

Legitimate Business Simulator. Enjoy.

Oh my tits. My craptop can't do unity games, so I'm glad I got to enjoy this gem.

On one hand, I just successfully grabbed something for the first time.
On the other, I embedded the saw in his body. I got the ribs broken though!

I checked it out.  I have just one thought of it.

You need to make said elf leather into the most amazing work of art.  Embed it with every kind of gem you have, stud it with metals, and sew images into it.  Erect a shrine outside your fort with that in the center.  Let the elves know that you view their very skin as naught more but a medium for your dwarves to work on.

Because I did.

I considered chiming in and proclaiming the wonders of another surgery game

But given that this is cartoony enough to be able to withstand... and the other is absolutely brutal and grewsome and almost as hard as... REAL surgery. I cannot really claim any really beats the other. (no not the medieval surgery game)

Do tell about it for fucks sake! I always wanted surgery sims!

The only other surgeon sim I'm aware of (Not counting the Trauma Center games or the flash games, I don't really count them as 'sims') is an ancient (DOSBox probably required) game called Life And Death, it's extremely difficult and very realistic. It's fun, though, and also contains quite a lot of interesting medical information.

Just break the ribs with a hammer.
You can get a similar achievement with the circular saw.

Life and Death: Under the Knife and The Brain... The Brain being a game where if you play it long enough you start to become REALLY paranoid.

How to you return the bloody calls in Under the Knife... There is no way to just call "4"!

Could help, maybe.

EDIT: It's for the amiga version, but if what it said is true it could be their little form of DRM.

EDIT 2:

I have but a single question about this game. How can I find out the numbers for returning phone calls?
search for this file:

life and death code.txt
That's from the Abandonia site, so maybe you have to get it from there to get the right file they're speaking of.

Screw hammer, I broke his ribs with ANOTHER CHUNK OF HIS RIBS! Then proceeded to drop broken glass and five scalpels before stealing his heart and jamming in the new one.
