Fix'd.

How do I get the heart out?
I've tried the saw, pulling on it, and the scalpels.

Isn't that what the original game is? I mean, smashing a guys rib-cage open with a shard of glass and then removing vital organs with the same shard of glass, pulling them all out without gloves and then tossing a heart into the chest cavity and calling it a day is hardly professional.

On a unrelated note, I now know how to transplant a heart with a shard of glass and my bare hands.

Okay, I just figure out how to get the heart out.
Break some glass objects over it until all the arteries get cut.

The only thing this game lacks is Multiplayer and Co-Op.
A-
... one player controls left hand, the other controls the right? You may be on to something.
Saw three people play this: one telling the other two what to do. I want that (one on fingers, one on hand). Except without the ability to communicate. And latency.

Open the rib-cage with a good whack of the hammer, carefully put the lungs into jars (to sell later at new age health stores), cut out the heart with a broken cup, replace lungs with radio, drop in heart.

Yeah, this game is pretty good.

Dangit why doesn't anyone get my Medical Board will be Notified reference!?

I watched some videos of this, and oh gods its hilarious. Anything made by QWOP though I guess is supposed to be insane and silly.

Yay! Got the operation done just a second ago. Don't use the circular saw, it sucks since it causes continual bloodloss, unlike a good smack with hammer is a loss of 3 liters of blood, but whatever. Of course, you can also try the bonesaw, but with it you might as well be operating while simultaneously playing QWOP with no decrease in the likelihood of success.

Also, do all operations get A++ each time?
