Basically, QWOP meets operation. Feel free to brutally murder the patient with a hammer.

A, W, E, R, and Space control the individual fingers. Left mouse lowers the hand, and Right mouse rotates hand.

Well I managed to break the ribs and everything, is there a way to remove the heart?

You have to cut the veins near the heart. Anything sharp will do, scalpels, scissors... even broken glass.

I managed to do it with my hands, the bonesaw, and I think a scalpel. It was some sort of small sharp utensil from the right tray. It's not too hard once you get used to the controls.

I considered chiming in and proclaiming the wonders of another surgery game

But given that this is cartoony enough to be able to withstand... and the other is absolutely brutal and grewsome and almost as hard as... REAL surgery. I cannot really claim any really beats the other. (no not the medieval surgery game)

No, they make incisions with beards.
Removing rotting material is done with magma. When applicable.
