They are until their first round. (which I just posted. Worry not, I do know you have the sneak attack on flat footed)
BTW

Disease taken! Congratulation!

Filth fever—bite, Fortitude DC 11, incubation period 3 days, damage 1d3 Dex and 1d3 Con. Three days to go before it kicks in.

Will my character be joining late or waiting until the next dungeon? (This is probably the "dungeon" where it would be easiest to come in late, realistically. Maybe Oskar was finishing his drink when the others descended.)

Once I finish this battle, I suppose the other characters will run back up to get Tarzu to a healer of sorts. Even if they don't, when the battle ends I'll have you two enter.
Just waiting for the battle to finish. We're practically at the last bout by now.

The battle's done...
now just to see how or if they treat Tarzu. (Or let him die! Mwuahuhauh!)

Well then. I vote we find a place to stay, maybe this inn, and allow me to tend to Tarzus wounds for a day, we can leave in the early afternoon tomorrow and Tarzus will be at full health. Otherwise I can shoot off a CLW at dawn tomorrow and we will likely be able to leave at dawn. Although in that case I would be down a level one (as opposed to a level zero with the other plan) spell for the day and I am going to lay a bet that Shade is going to hammer us as hard as he can.

yeah, and I'd need a healer to get rid of this fever I've got as well

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

That's going to hammer you unless we can find a more powerful healer then me who is willing to work for free. I can prevent secondary damage, which means it will be cured from you in five days, but the first wave of attribute damage is decided as soon as you contract it.

Who?
Jolly good me?
I should point out that there's still a door down there in the cellar.
You haven't looked through there yet... *whistles innocently*

Yeah, bad luck is bad luck. When low level the problem is finding the money to get a cleric to cast a remove disease of sorts.
[90GP]
The longest but cheapest solution is waiting the disease to end with two successful saves, which could be earned by tending to the poor guy and giving him the heal check or hoping his fortitude is lucky twice.

Oh fuck. I missed the door. What do you guys think we should do?

Certainly there could not be a horrid rat behind the door could there be?

Hmm, there's only three of you now...

Maybe not opening any more doors until you get reinforcements? Like, someone could be waiting in the bar to help, maybe...hmm...

Yeah, I vote that we get a little more help before opening that door, just in case...(not like I'd be in the fight anyways, unless it's to snipe from the other side of the cellar, and that'd risk me perforating someone on our side without precise shot).

Speaking of wich, can we assume that Tarzu picked his bow back up before heading back topside, or do I need to make a quick post IC?
