DFHack job command "how to use"?

Hy all
i begun to use DFHack as it hase some usefull features, but there is this job related one wich i can not figure out. could someone who is used to this tool describe step by step (does i need to bind keys? what do i type exactly with vanillia raws and why?) what to do to change the input material of a job ? (for example a milling job in the quern wich i want to mill only dimple cup)

i read it, i read the job -? command, tried it in varius syntaxes but could not make it work, pleas give me an example.
EDIT: finaly i got it:
this sing -> "<>" in commands for DFHack does not mean optional parameter (i think in normal shell it does)
and item index is not the "id in the raws" but the number at the order of job querry (like "1" and not "PLANT")
so the solution is (if someone else looks for it too):

job item-material 1 MUSHROOM_CUP_DIMPLE
\__commande_/     V \_name_in_the_raws_/
                  index
