[Hiki! Why did you do that?!]

Insist to know the true purpose of throwing our doll off the roof.

Silently scream at his terrible treatment of your doll.

Punch him! throwing a doll of a roof is realy dickish! (and you don't have more serene ways of expressing discontent)
edit2: and run off to get your doll.

No no, don't punch him, the guy's blind for god sakes. It's a dick move, yes, but we're above that.

But I'm not past going and running to get the doll. It holds some importance, and it's necessary for something.

we're a mute girl, how hard could we possibly hit him? and I cant think of another way to tell him that wasn't okay that doesn't involve grabbing his hand and signing it to him.

edit: a slap maybe? too romantic for me (yes slaps are romantic damnit!)

What does being mute, and being a girl have to do with it? That's no excuse to punch a guy who can't SEE IT COMING.

He's not some blind samurai Like Lilly, and I know many, many girls that hit pretty hard. And I don't know how muteness has anything to do with punching a blind guy either.

Not a slap, we civilly ask him, or we do something worse: We give him the cold shoulder to let him know that shit ain't acceptable. He'd be able to see that at least. Not a fist flying for his face

>Demand an answer

You snag his hand and press yours violently into it. [What part of given to me by a friend don't you understand?]

[I told you not to bring it. What did you expect was going to happen?]

[I expected you to be civil, dammit!]

[I want to tell you, Daisy, I do-]

[Shut up. Shut up shut up shut up. Do you know how I got that doll? Do you know what it means to me? That's the last thing I have left of Hana-chan.]
You're crying now, spilling your guts. [That doll is the last thing I have to remind me of home. My parents don't visit anymore. My friends can't make it up here. Hana-chan is...]

>Go home

You give in, taking the doll from Hanako. The sun is blazing in the sky, and soft brown leaves fall from summer trees. You never see that in anime, trees in summer dropping dead leaves. It's always a fall thing, always on the onset of winter. But it happens in real life.

The doll is a pristine white, and filled with the soft downy fluff of a pillow. You want to give it back to Hanako, she seems so sad nowadays, but today she seems oddly uplifted.

"Daisy, I want you to take it and give her a good home, O.K?" There are bags under the girls eyes, worry lines more suited to a old matron than someone barely hitting puberty. "Take her from me. I'm bad luck."

"Hana-chan," you mumble. But Hanako is already leaving, and you're alone in the playground, among the rustle of summer winds in vibrant trees. It's a bright, happy day, not a cloud in the sky, but somehow it feels dark. And it only got darker when you took the DOLL. You could swear it.

>Go home?
>Follow Hanako

Are we talking about THE Hanako from the setting you are using, or a different one?

Damn you, it sounds like little Bacon isn't going to make an appearance.
Because I'm sure it would get confusing for non KS-players to have 2 Hanako's in the story.

Did you have the idea of using KS as a setting all along, or did it just sort of happen?
Anyway, I really do like the direction this is heading. Keep on with it.

>Follow Hanako

The path to Hanako's house is littered with falling summer leaves. It's not far away, but to you it feels like a lifetime.

But your parents catch you, and drag you home to eat dinner sullenly. A dry, suddenly tasteless meal filling your stomach, you head back over to Hanako's house. You ask her mother, a kind woman, with long, flowing hair and big, claming brown eyes, where Hanako is. She smiles and said Hanako is in her room, crying. She asks if you were sent here to apologize. You shake your head no and tell her that you just want to give her DOLL back.

Hanako's door is bright pink. Trying the knob doesn't work; she's locked it. There's no response when you knock.
