Rhea tipped her hat as she moved over by her friend's side, trying a new approach at greetings, joining in with the morning cleaning.

"Morning Ana!" she said, noting her friend's tidy and prim appearance. "Did you hear anything on local news? I heard my dad has some big case going on."

Ana - short for Alana, was one of those friendly and cheerful people, helpful in a way that you could see sincerity in their act. She was one of those people who were analytically minded, weary of what was going about in their environment, and especially one with an admirable sense of acumen. Open, kind and trustworthy, all these things inspired Rhea.

She was glad to see her friend again.

Sorry that there is no turn yet, Tiruin took a long time to post his turn, and I had to work late
at my job last night and again today, my boss is being a dick. But I will post a turn tonight, just not
now, need to leave at seven so I have no time. I will get some time off after today so I may start posting
two turns a day if everyone gets their action in fast enough.

Day one: Turn 4

Jackson R. Daubs
Hoo boy, this is one hell of a crime. Jackson thinks to himself as he sits down at his desk. I can't believe someone offed Ezekiel before I could cuff his dirty paws... Maybe I'll be able to catch whoever did it to him. These two cases have -got- to be related. Maybe some new crime syndicate? Jackson takes a quick drink from his coffee before looking at it. Maybe just a little... I really need the pick-me-up and... No. He opens hiss desk at looks at a flask inside before shutting it and taking a deeper drink. I stopped a long time ago, I can't start again.

There's gotta be something more than just two random shootings that happen to use the same ball gag. And twenty-odd bullets? that screams drugs to me. New gang, new drug, new crimes.

Flip through file. Look for connections to "Easy Money's" killing and the shooting.

Also talk to gang specialists, see if there's a new group on the rise that would try something like this.

You sit down at your desk and start reading the file on Heather Reiner.

Name: Heather Reiner.

Age: 27

Sex: Female

Race: Caucasians

Occupation: Middle school math teacher.

Case description

The suspect was killed by police officers when she tried to fire her Magnum revolver at them. She did not
respond to their warnings to drop her weapon, and they where forced to use deadly force. The officers
reported that she acted erratic and was highly emotionally, showing symptoms similar to those under
the the influence of illegal drugs. The black ball gag she was wearing further supports the
theory that drugs caused her to attack the officers. However, there is no hard evidence that she
used illegal drugs before the shooting, and her autopsy found no drugs in her system. This was
unexpected given the amount of rounds it took to disable her. Mental disease is also a possible
explanation for her behavior, but she dose not have a medical history of mental problems. Further
investigation is needed to find out whether or not Heather Reiner suffered from a undiagnosed
mental disease, or if something else was affecting her at the time of the shooting.

After reading the file, you stop by the office of the guy who runs the gang task force and ask him if
there is any new gangs in the city. He tells you that there aren't any that he knows of so you decide
to look elsewhere for your answers.

zekiel "Easy Money" Brown
"Hm. A cop of some kind? Detective? Oh, he'll probably be thrilled to find out I'm haunting him until he shoots a demon lord in the face or something."

Appear next to the detective. Try to be inconspicuous.

You enter the building and quickly find the man from your vision. You fly towards him, trying to
look inconspicuous, which is incredibly easy since he can't see you. You are now floating next to the
detective.

( Will roll: 5 )

Rhea E. Daubs
Rhea tipped her hat as she moved over by her friend's side, trying a new approach at greetings, joining in with the morning cleaning.

Continue work!

"Hey Rhea, hows it going?" Ana greats your warmly. "Morning Ana, did you hear anything on local news?
I heard my dad has some big case going on." "Ya, I did. Apparently some crime boss was assassinated
in his house yesterday. Him, his wife, and two kids were shot to death, it sounded pretty brutal."
"Ugh," You moan. "Why do people have to be like that? There is never a good reason to murder someone,
I mean his wife and kids didn't even do anything, why did they need to be killed." Ana sighs as she
finishes cleaning one of the tables. "That's just the world we live in, all we can do is try are best to
make it better and hold on to the people close to us." "I just wish my dad didn't need to deal with
something like that, I don't know how he keeps it all together." You tell your friend. She looks at you
with a warm smile on her face. "Why don't you turn that frown upside down Rhea, lets talk about your
boyfriend, that will cheer you up. So tell me, did you do it yet?" "Ana!" You scream, your face is once
again beet red with embarrassment. "I was just joking around, don't get your panty's in a twist. Where
is he anyway, haven't seen him for a few days." "I have no idea," you reply. "But I am sure his fine."

Alec Morgand
((HOLY FUCK! NOT RUARC! I ACTUALLY TOOK 20 MINUTES TO FIND A NAME FOR HIM YOU BASTARD!))

"SHIT! WHAT THE UNHOLY FUCK!"

Skedaddle. Fast.
( Play this music as you read. )

Creek, your hear a noise behind you, it sounds like a man walking on your wooden floor."SHIT SHIT SHIT,"
you curse as climb back onto your feet. Creek, the sound is closer now. You run to the front door, but
find it jammed from the outside. No amount of pushing will get it open. Someone dose not want you
to escape. Creek, the sound gets closer and closer. You try to kick the door open with all your might.
( Body roll: 3 )But it dose not budge. Creek, the man is just outside the opposite door now. Out of fear,
or just desperation you quickly move to lock the door before he gets in the room. ( Body roll: 4 )
You manage to lock it just before his hand reaches the doorknob. However, your relief is cut short when
a large and bloody machete stabs through the wood of the door. It won't be long before he breaks his
way in. You need to do something and fast.

Easy looks at the detective with not an inconsiderable amount of suspicion. He had very little patience for this sort of thing at this juncture. This guy would probably ask "WHO ARE YOU" and, when he gets that information, he'll probably be like all "AREN'T YOU DEAD" or something. Like anybody had the patience for that kind of thing. Naw, he'll try someone else first. But who are the two others, then?

"Time for some more spooky powers, I guess."

He reaches out with his mind and attempts to sense the other two chosen. Hopefully they'll be a bit less... unpalatable to him.

Sense the emotional state of the other two chosen or one of them if both aren't possible.

Only other ghosts can see you without using powers, but you can still communicate with him using
telepathy or telekinesis. Doing so may make him look crazy, so be careful.

Ugh. Topics switching to him. Always to him. Is this even normal? That's...twice now in an hour.

Or...maybe it's just me? Does everyone else have this - or is he that popular?

Rhea opened her mouth to say something in relation to him at Ana, but decided against it at the moment and kept her eyes at the nice cloth, busy purging tables with its cleansing power.

But we haven't talked much, but it's...much, technically. His past seems a bit awry, but nothing that bad...Or...does Ana know? Wait, this is paranoia, it's not like he's in that dire of straits...

Or is it his libi-

"Thanks."

She'll ask why...

"Err, for the recommendation again Ana. I mean, that was quite a lot you described of me back in helping with the resume."

Continue work, engage in casual conversation.

Jackson shivers a little, a sudden cold spot catching him briefly. He ignores it and stands up from his desk. I think it's time I go take a look at Ezekiel's crime scene.

He cleans up the papers on his desk and finishes his coffee.

Those bastards in the gang crimes unit aren't every any help. Best flip through the file again, make sure there wasn't any papers stuck anywhere. He pauses for a second. I can do it in the car.

Go visit Easy Money's house.

Ya, I bet you are wondering why the next turn is not out yet, there is a good reason for that. I have
been struck with a idea, no not a idea. It is something more then that, so much more! It is a rtd that
will be like nothing you played before. A rtd that will rock the foundations of bay 12! I am still working
on the details so I cant tell you much about it but I will give you a hint. It uses video instead of
text for turns.

I know, I know, your jaw just hit the floor. This new rtd needs me to do a lot of work before I can start it,
so I wont have time to update this one as much as I would like but I am not abandoning it. Just give me
a week to set up my new rtd and I will go back to regular updates for this one. Trust me, the new
rtd game will be  worth it.
