Spoiler: So I got Derm's shack here, and it looks much nicer than my map. (click to show/hide)

Notes:
-I didn't really have an idea what to put where in the basement, but there's enough space to go around to place potentially anything there wherever. Maybe a boiler or even the fridge. Either way there would probably be clutter anyways in addition to any larger devices so I made the squares along the wall into difficult terrain.
-Anything that takes up less than half the width of a square I didn't make into difficult terrain. That's why I put the kitchen counter and whatever the TV is on there separately. Tables and desks with a chair in front of them I made count, though.
-There's three rooms on the first floor (shut up I don't care what you call it), so I arbitrarily decided to make the 5 cell one into the bathroom. It could just as well be a bedroom (the impassable cell right above the stairs could have a shelf on it, for instance). The shower, which is almost certainly just a tub with a curtain, would count as difficult terrain but why would you strife in the bathroom anyway didn't your parent figure teach you any manners?

So yeah, that's 1300 squarefeet of living space. Have fun with it and edit at your own leisure.
