At first, get patched game from peregarrett.
About save:
I think, you should generate other world to make save folder, then copy there Cheesefurnace.
I found in save (in raws) other folder with raws called "2". What is it?

Spring report

Hello diary, euh, report book,
I'm the new overseer!
But you could have guessed that, 'cause i'm writing in an OVERSEER book.
I always thought overseers had an easy life, not like me, in the mines.
But it is hard!
After i studied the maps and reports i noticed there's barely room for expansion at the forges because of the little magma reservoir, while i planned to expand them.
This will make things a bit harder.

Also, we have no thread, and now we have Silver lying in the hospital with nothing to help him.
So i say to our best spinner: SPIN LOTS OF THREAD!
But he anwsers with: But i have to haul this seed to there and that log to there and that to there and.....
Then stop hauling, let the other dwarfs do that...
A random miner: Sir overseer, i need leather to make quivers!
What, where do you come from? I'm in a conversation! And why do you make quivers? You're a miner! If you want leather, tan it yourself!
In the mean time the spinner has run of and it takes ages until he FINNALY begins making some thread and the miner manages to get some leather for his quiver.
I also ordered some coffers for in the hospital.

I then wanted to expand the forges a bit and finnaly start Steel production.
So i told the miners to dig some channels for the magma and to go dig some marble while the weaver says he has no Unrotten wool/hair bodypart.
Then use plants! I will let them process some for you!
But we have nothing to process!
I'm just going to wait for the merchants.

It seems like Silver is recovering anyway, but very slow.

THe magma smelters are getting along nicely.
And steel production is up and running,
Damn, we need coal.

It seems the iron armor orders of some old overseer are getting completed, so soon we will have suits of iron armor lying around.
Speaking about military, i have made some plans for a barracks.
Here they are:

I made four more bedrooms because not everyone has a bedroom.
I whould have made more if some migrants whould show up. But they do not.
BUt because we might get some other visitors i placed some more traps at the door.

The barracks is almost completly dug out.

The elves are here!
Normally i would chop their heads of, but htey bring thread with them, and that will save me from the spinner and the doctor!
They are making my life HELL, they are talking about nothing else then the fact they are missing thread.
Shut up you idiot! I'm writing!
Oh, trading,...ok.

We sold some gems for some booze and two pieces!!!THREAD!!!

The barracks is almost complete and the wood furnaces as well.
Ans Silver is finnaly getting healed.

Ouch
In my save I put patched dwarffortress.exe which I took from modest mod. It's patched for some minor bugs such as - teleportation after destroying construction, getting bad thoughs after long training, escaping vermins and forgot what else. You should use it,  but not nessesary.

Don't know what's the "2" folder for in Medkit's save, but I think it's ok to ignore it.

Some dwarf gave birth to a girl, i hope it grows up quickly, because i need the hands.
Pig iron production is up and running but i need two pair of extra hands to go to steel production.

This morning the CARPENTER was complaining nobody was making these cages o ordered.
The hypocrit....

Steel production is up and running, although we might run uot of charcoal.
Here are the forges:

Indeed, I do this.

Well, those can be two different time-lines, and we'll chose which one is canonical after the turn ends.

Let's split it into 2 parts!
1 part of players will play save from Medkit.
2 part will play save from Child.
Make new topic for one of these parts or just have it all here?
