((Russano was trying to point out his intention was giving Davis and everyone else an excuse to cut off any conversation that began veering towards giving out details about their "mercenary/pirate group", by the way.))

"Well, if you felt embarrassed by that kind of thing, then it's not my fault. If our roles were inverted and my intentions were actually innocent, I'd have ignored the warning about 'keeping it inside my pants' and kept chatting. Never knew you were so easily riled." the diplomat answers, winking behind the armor's helmet before lowering his voice until only both of them can hear what he says. So far, he has been keeping his voice loud enough to keep appearances up, but he's suddenly worried Davis is taking things too seriously. "I see little reason for such a reaction. Are you under stress?"

(I know. Davis knows. But, he's a professional and a Cyrian, and he has his pride of his reputation. It's getting in the way, here, so he starts nitpicking.)

''You implied a lowered standard from a Cyrian.'' Was Davis' very quiet reply. ''Besides which, my point still stands. We don't want to look suspicious. At least we've made this look like a disagreement between leader and SIC, but we don't look like low brow pirates that would say such things. If we looked the part fine, but we don't.''

Dominic realized that he needed a distraction. He then realized one that might suite his needs.
"Guards! Guards! Quick there is little time! There are explo-"
Cause 3 delayed cave-ins in different areas, but in quick succession. Then talk to the guard. Use gentlemen points to sound innocent.

((Oh, the pride thing. I wasn't aware.))

"My friend, stop taking things so seriously. The same way my remark should embarass a rookie, my relaxed behavior is just me showing camaraderie between good friends. I'll let you talk to the girl in peace, then." he answers before reclining back on his chair to enjoy his wait. Then, something hits him. He has been so distracted by his argument with Davis that the absence of a teammate has gone unnoticed. "Where is Dominic, by the way?"

Roll 33.5

Spoiler: superBlast, AKA Ryan (click to show/hide)

-----

...
"Where is Dominic, by the way?"

HEN, AKA Dominic Zoshan

Dominic realized that he could use his powers to fabricate a plot to sabotage the mining operation without drawing suspicion to his party. After all, explosives deep within the mine take time to set up. Since his party just arrived, nobody would look at them as possible culprits!
He realized that creating a cave-in from such a massive distance would require a lot of mental force, so he took the time to clear his thoughts while feigning urgency in his facial expression.
[3+2 (Gentleman points)]
"Quick! We do not have much time. There are explosives in the--"
He cut himself off abruptly as he caused several archways in the distant tunnels to fall apart and scatter, sending rocks flying throughout the tunnels.
"...yeah."
Dominic looked genuinely concerned. The guard that asked him for his papers asked, hurriedly:
"How did you know!?"
Zoshan concocted a plan to create suspicion among the guard's own ranks. Since his party could not have caused the collapses with explosives, a serious fear of a conspiracy would form between the guards, causing confusion throughout the station. It would mobilize the guards, he realized, but they would focus on tracing the explosives used in the mines (which didn't even exist), diverting attention from his party's goals of data theft.
"This way!" he hurried back into the bar, looking for people to cast blame on.

--

superBlast, AKA Ryan

There was a rumble coming from west of the bar.

Ryan saw Dominic reentering the room through the Pits door. He heard him say: "I was eavesdropping on some of the guards..."
Dominic was struggling to find candidates amongst the visitors as there were so many people in the room standing and talking. Ryan looked at Dominic in the eyes and subtly pointed at the guards that had walked past him and Davis. The guard that had stopped probably knew something about the Bloodhounds that Davis didn't, so he had to be removed from the situation right away.

[5] Dominic noticed Ryan and followed his suggestion. The guards from the pit apprehended the two Ryan had pointed at and called for backup in the Pits. Meanwhile, Dominic winked at Russano and Davis, then quietly slipped back into the Pits to assess the level of security response.

"That answers my question, and quite satisfyingly so." Russano notes after offering Dominic a nod and kicking back once again to wait for their meeting. The diplomat seems rather pleased by the surprising turn of events the gentleman's sudden appearance brought in its wake.

That was actually a mini-roll. But here goes something.

Roll 34

Spoiler: superBlast, AKA Ryan (click to show/hide)

-----

HEN, AKA Dominic Zoshan

Zoshan watched as the miners conducted emergency procedures, deactivating the mining equipment and lining up like schoolchildren. The miners were not following orders directly from guards over their shoulders--rather, the presence of a few heavily armed soldiers with quad-miniguns compelled them to follow their orders. Dominic noted that the workers were heading up to the ground floor (the floor he was on) and that a small group of guards were coming in from behind him.
One guard turned and shouted to Dominic:
"Security breach! Nobody's allowed outside of the lobby without escort. Please head back inside."

--

Unholy_Pariah, AKA Kenjaro

Kenjaro was one of the first to drop his drill and look up when he heard the blasts. He was worried about what this could mean for him and his coworkers.
The day he was captured and brought here he witnessed the guards executing all non-valuable personnel following the destruction of a tug attempting to undock with the station. He heard from rumors and chatter that this what what happened every time the station couldn't find a probable cause for the sabotage. He wasn't about to let his quest end here though. Not without a fight, at least.

"Attention miners!" he heard over the intercom.
"Please assemble in the training room this time around. We will begin questioning in five minutes."

Kenjaro dusted himself off and lined up with the rest of the workers. The enforcers closed in on the floors where the blasts occured, so maybe, he thought, he could slip away unnoticed. He saw that he could stand behind a cart full of ore in one of the deeper mining shafts. Alternatively, he could hide in one of the empty ore carts or in the seat of one of the cranes, provided nobody saw him and drew attention to him.
If he followed the crowd, he feared he would be killed like the rest of his workers would be if there was no conclusive evidence. Perhaps someone would take the blame so that the others would be spared.

--

superBlast, AKA Ryan

Having stumbled over to Russano's table to keep up the drunk act, Ryan leaned against the wall and watched the doors, eager to get moving. He didn't know whether or not Dominic knew what he was doing, despite his act being impeccable.

A suited man and his escort entered from the barracks. They looked around, stopping when they saw Ryan and Russano in their armor. The man came up to the table and introduced himself.
"Greetings. I am James Wallace, overseer of this facility. I presume you are our dear visitor Azobos?" he said to Russano based on the decorations Russano had placed on his suit.
Russano merely nodded.
"Very well. Follow me to the conference room. There will be gravity there, so you may want to take your armor off before it becomes difficult to."
The escort held out an arm toward the barracks entrance.

--

Maxinum McDreich, AKA Davis Theul

"Just in time," Davis said out loud.
Davis wasn't really sure what was going on. He thought at first that Dominic had gotten himself into a bad situation, so he decided he should probably listen to the guard's radio chatter to see what they're occupied with. Mr. Wallace's escort seemed like a good candidate, but with the current state of his powers he could only tell that there was, in fact, a lot of radio chatter going on as the escort was listening, but not really paying attention to most of it.

--

Caellath, AKA Russano Neskratt

Russano got up. He immediately noticed a guard captain escorting a journalist back to the docks.
"You don't understand! Humanity deserves to know what's going on here!"
"I've had enough of these PERNICIOUS DEPRECATIONS!"
The captain slowed down and punched the reporter in the chest, launching him across the floor and into a table. The captain stopped and examined her gloves, which were lightly splattered with blood from the journalist's nose.
"Overseer, I will be wiping the security tapes shortly. I hope you don't mind, we have had far too many leaks recently and I have been thinking about doing it for a while. They're not encrypted like the central database." she said to Mr. Wallace.
"How long will it take?"
"About thirty minutes." she replied, before walking over to the crippled journalist and dragging him into the barracks where the infirmary probably was.
"Alright, I am looking into upgrading our hardware soon so that it doesn't take as long in the future." the overseer said as the captain left.

"Armor is like a second skin for me already, there is no need to worry about it...And I see you have a fiery one there. It's pretty hard to find dedicated soldiers these days, guess you're lucky." Russano comments, making reference to the female guard captain who had just left the room.

Talk.

((huzzah fear me for i am... Russano... Neskratt... err zero i think we got a problem in my sheet :P))

My friend i do not know who caused this explosion but i fear for our safety if he is not found, take this and put all the blame on me if the guards cannot find the culprit, say i stole some explosives or overloaded a generator and that i was killed attempting to escape. I will remain hidden in the tunnels until you can bring me word of the results of their questioning.

Strike my name tag with my drill to deal significant damage to it then slip it to the miner i trust most before sneaking deeper into the mine and hiding behind an ore cart.
once everyone is gone begin searching for a way to escape, if discovered by a guard pretend to be injured and then murder them with my axe when they come over to check.

Start walking away, then hide somewhere and examine the surrounding area.

Best to just... follow Russano. Since Ryan doesn't want to mess something up by doing something on his own. Hopefully Dominic for whatever he was doing isn't messing something up either.

Just follow where ever Russano goes. Try to keep up the drunk act as if I'm slowly getting less drunk... so I can stop pretending to be.

Talk.

The guard captain presumably looked at Russano in response to his comment.
"Why is my armor in combat mode?" she asked rhetorically.
"Yes, our security forces are quite dedicated. Most of them love their jobs. As do the workers." Mr. Wallace winked at Russano.

I'll roll sometime in the next few days, hopefully.

Roll 35

Spoiler: superBlast, AKA Ryan (click to show/hide)

-----

HEN, AKA Dominic Zoshan

"'kay. Now squad, listen up! Search the perimeter for any sign of intrustion. Meet back in fifteen minutes if you don't find anything. Make sure to switch to the secure channel. Understood, nine'ers?"
The commander's order was met with uncoordinated murmurs and salutes from the mob of soldiers. The expendable troops began to disperse and begin searching.
[4-1] Meanwhile, Dominic attempted to sneak past the commander, who decided to stand by and look around the room. He found a dark alcove where his trenchcoat allowed him to blend in, but the alcove he was in had no nearby cover he could jump to. Worst comes to worst, Zoshan could be mistaken for the perpetrator of the incident. Which was true, but being caught wasn't the plan.

Dominic saw the workers lined up outside the door to the place they were supposed to go. One of them, he saw, used his drill to scratch his nametag. He then lowered the drill, handed the tag to another worker, and apparently started looking for an opening.

--

Unholy_Pariah, AKA Kenjaro

Kenjaro saw that the squad commander wasn't about to move. There was no pathway he could take to safety, as he couldn't go deeper into the mines--he would be found by the search teams. If he waited too long, he wouldn't be able to hang outside the training room anymore, and he would probably be trapped inside. He had to hide on this floor because it was the only floor the searchers didn't seem to be checking.
Something shiny seemed to be moving around in an alcove near the commander. It could be whomever set the charges, Kenjaro thought. But would the perpetrator--a traitor, probably--even help?

Alternatively, Kenjaro could create a commotion to have the commander and guards investigate. Then he could sneak around by the crane control room and hide somewhere among the supply crates.

--

superBlast, AKA Ryan

Maxinum McDreich, AKA Davis Theul

Caellath, AKA Russano Neskratt

Mr. Wallace seemed patient enough to wait for Russano, Ryan, and Davis to go at their own pace. Dominic had gone back into the mines, however, and would be holding them up.

Current situation:
-Mr. Wallace and Escort are waiting for you to enter the barracks where there is a hallway to the central office elevators.
-Dominic is in the mines.
-The captain of the guard is heading back into the barracks with the reporter she punched out.
-The pirates have effectively stopped asking you questions.
-The soldier which seemed suspicious of the information you were giving to the pirates is currently in custody in the barracks.

throw a rock at an empty barrel or crate at the far side of the room causing the guards to look and/or move away from myself and my unknown neighbour.

Run to the guy who is stealthily taking out the commander, if he fails hit the commander in the head with my vibro axe and help drag him into the shadows. Introduce self afterwards and quickly check the body for keys.

((just noticed that my "+1 close range combat" bonus is missing from my bloodlust trait, don't get me wrong i like your version of bloodlust and i would like to keep it as it really fits with te idea i had fro my character but could i get the +1 to close range weapons (shotguns and the like) added back in as a third passive bonus?))
