Sure. Might as well go for broke. This is going to end
, but hey, it's bay 12. That's the point.
Name:Fractus, That Which Walks Beyond The Stars
Appearance: Fractus. A terrible, wonderful thing, which cannot be said true in word, or image, or thought, only imaginable in the most vague sense within the universe which we know. That which mortals and gods perceive is strange for a god, neither mighty, nor horrible in appearance, nor a humongous force of nature in word or deed. Fractus, in its basic form, is a curious thing. Its form as the universe knows it is nothing but a child, who can sometimes be glimpsed in mirrors, standing just behind the watcher, something seen in the corner of the eye, a fleeting shadow with no source. It is all things unseen, on the edge of perception, which mortals cannot see and gods discount as unimportant. It is the darkness on the edge of sleep, the dream which clings to wakefulness, the eternal question that itches at the back of your mind, never spoken, never answered. Fractus is many things, but most of all... Fractus is.
Description: Neither Benevolent nor Destructive, Chaotic nor Orderly. If Fractus has an agenda, it is hard to tell what it is, whether it will lead to the destruction or the betterment of the universe in which it nests, and the gods which exist within it. It is Enigmatic, preferring to watch the gods and their playthings, watching to see what they would do, only stepping in when needed to correct what had gone wrong, though it's hard to tell what might fulfill this requirement without knowing Fractus' own plans and thoughts. It seeks not to destroy or create, but merely to be, and it holds existence itself as something important beyond belief. It cares not, of course, for the petty squabbles of the gods. If they destroy their playhouse, he can always create another, with its own gods, once they are gone. If, however, those gods become a threat to creation as a whole, Fractus may find it more useful to step in personally... but for the most part, catspaws and indirect actions are its method of choice.
usual Avatar Appearance:A small child, a girl, with pale skin and snow-white hair, presumably human, followed by a sense of dread and confusion, as if something was eternally out of place with her. She goes by many names, or none at all, and never stays in one place for longer than the briefest of times.
Hope that didn't suck too bad, and that I got across the general idea I was going for. I noticed that usually the overgod(ess) in these tended to throw its weight around when it bothered to act at all, so I figured I'd try something different, an omnipotent being that prefers to nudge the gods and mortals to do what it wants without making its presence known in any big way... and which is almost entirely unknown because of it, possibly assumed to be a lesser god by most that actually meet the form that they're likely to even recognize, as it exists as a sort of idea of things half-seen and unseen.
