It seems nobody answered you, so I will. Steam Codes are just that, a little code you can buy that will give you a certain amount of money that goes into your steam wallet. So, for example, I can go into Gamestop, ask for a $20 steam card, and then load that onto my account. I now have $20 on my steam account to spend how I want.

It is a nice way to avoid using credit, debit, or gift cards.

Hmm... well I guess I could be more flexible with the rules, so yeah. Thinking of switching the rules. Also upping the maximum to $14.00 dollars.
