That really makes sense!

It also might help to explain why Oric was annoyed by Proxxy being alive; if Ciro befriends the Siblings, instead of killing them, they won't release their Soul Charge as early.

You know, it really seems like dying in a Spirit Duel is a pretty permanent thing. You'd think that, if Oric's goal is to perpetuate the Cycles, he'd avoid scenarios that could let principal characters die in a Spirit Duel. Unless there's a way to recover from those that we don't know about.

Or, he could just keep putting random people who wander in as a Sibling.

Riltia's soul is a hexagon but the last attack Riltia did was pentagon-shaped. I don't think this is the real Riltia.

EDIT: Maybe that's why Oric wants us to kill Riltia.

You know, the conditions in which we lost her and then met back up with her were both very sketchy. Remember how Al and Ril were both mysteriously separated for some reason. I didn't trust Al when you guys met back up with him but the rest of y'all just accepted him back without any questions.

The Hexagon -> Pentagon thing is part of Riltiavision somehow. The whole hexagon motif probably has something to do with the Six Sinister Siblings and Rilitia seeing it/making us see it as pentagons indicates that there's one Sibling that doesn't quite work with Rilitia.

I figure Al has his own motives, but we know most of them and they're pointed in the opposite direction. He's got a grudge against Chief, cares about Cherish and has some connection to the Last Seraphim we don't entirely understand. If anything, the last one's the kicker, especially since Rilitia apparently worships her.

Riltia is the Glass Guardian, right?

...What if she's guarding the Last Seraphim? It would make sense, since she worships her; it'd also make her a double-traitor, since she not only betrayed the Siblings for the Seraphim but would, presumably, do the same to us, as well.

Where did we learn that Riltia worships The Last Seraphim again? That doesn't sound familiar.

"Is it finally time to rest?"

Goddess, my Goddess,

Is this my final test?

The signs hint at my end

Have I correctly guessed?

Speaking to a "Goddess" in the same rhyming scheme the Angels use heavily implies that she worships the Last Seraphim.

So... We somewhat control Riltia, right? So can we get it to spill the beans somehow?

If someone were to suggest that someone who posts in this suggestion thread might post in their own suggestion thread, that would be incredibly rude, right?

Last time we controlled Riltia, the Astral Influx had an identity crisis.

For whatever reason, we seem to be able to control her, but exposition/reflection is actively blocked, unlike Al's deflection of it.  I'm still not convinced there isn't outside interference.
