+1 to giving Rilitia a Stat Point.

As a side note, Proxxy is also very close to receiving two Stat ups as well. With only two Stat Points, she'll be able to max her Agility or her Electricity Stat.

I see nothing remotely suspicious about any of it!  Riltia is just our friendly but none-too-bright meatshield buddy and there is nothing strange or noteworthy for investigation here at all.

Carry on doing other adventuring stuff and not exploring this whole "Riltia" thing further.

This Riltia stuff... I don't know what's going on. She does realize she's praying to a retarded version of Ecco, right? "This statue's past cries out" is pretty damned intriguing.

The scan is a bit too conspicuously odd to pass up, also. I'm presuming this isn't a result of FFS temporarily tuning down the Quality Dial? I can only suppose that the source of the scans has some motivation to dissemble about Riltia. Or maybe it's interference?

How is it the transmitter that provides oxygen to this place?

Proxxy is a Guardian. Belonging to the unique class of the Six Sinister Siblings, she will act as an Adventurer, Helper, Crafter, or Snoop at random.
