it's supposed to be dramatic foreshortening as an ominous wind blows through her hair and skirt but it doesn't work really well

She was taken aback, thus it swept forward dramatically. Also holy crap nobody has suffocated! (Though a worrying number of Undersiders are AWOL)

Why don't we get Proxxy to actually fix the Underside? IIRC it was her mail bomb that caused the problem in the first place, so she's our best bet for surveying the damage and figuring out whether we can fix it.

And if it's too severe to be fixed, we can use her hub to evacuate people.

because if you fix the underside you can't pimp out proxxy's hub to people in need of a home that isn't going to suffocate everything they stand for you numpnuts
