After some quiet deliberation and reading through the thread again, I feel like this theorycrafting question deserves some love, especially with all the new evidence that has been lain down since that moment.

Wait so are you saying the soulstars of illborn are used to keep Her locked up?  Then how are the Sinister Siblings used as batteries?  All I can think of is that the method by which the soul charge is vacuumed up from the Warrens is that the Target kills (thereby absorbing its power?) everything up to Oric, who then kills Target and gets the soul charge from the whole dungeon at once.  You probably already answered this somewhere in there but meh I'm not reading all those words again and I like what I said bc it provides a plausible reason for why Oric seems to treat the Warrens almost like a theme park.

The Siblings also experience emotions. Thus they can gain Soul Charge.
Also, sometimes,  Target wouldn't be able to progress beyond certain Siblings, so whoever killed 'm gets to hold onto the charge until they inevitably get killed by Target in a different cycle.

Well... it doesn't have to be ONLY 5 hours.

It said oxygen SUSTAINABILITY would last 5 hours.

So we might have hit the 5 hour mark a while ago, but at that point the oxygen levels would have begun to drop. Now we've got to the point where the oxygen level is low enough to notice... which the underside is sort of a big place...

That said... Proxxy broke the underside with her bomb and then didn't fix it right... sounds like Proxxy has a goal now...

Did FFS get us to do exactly what he wanted us to do?
