I'm not much for cryptography, but hopefully this reference compilation will help all you codebreakers.
->Your name is Proxxy. You +>are chained in an unknown place >in the Warrens for acting against +>Oric's orders. You think it is +>unusual Oric would not kill you. +>What possible use do you serve without +>a DL to run or a "Target" to kill? >You are currently trapped by magical means. ->The only way out is through a warp +>point, and you can't reach it from here. >It is also odd Oric would leave your Soul Star. Almost like he is not imprisoning you but... ...testing you. |

Codebreakers of TWoOtA: pour yourself some coffee, this is going to be a long one.

->It is not possible to move too much with your chains. You can move +>a few steps, at most, before you're yanked +>back by their strength. You also tried to ->jump off the sides without success. Obviously, you also tried to break them with force, but ->that went about as well as you'd expect. |
->Whaa!? Why would you ask an embarrassing question such as that to yourself while troubleshooting? >Ehehe! If you MUST know, your ideal man would be +>Oric, only less nefarious. You doubt there's anyone ->like that out there, and Oric is obviously too far gone. +>Let's not forget: he's willing to trap cohorts in rooms >like this, over minor grievances, possibly forever??? +>There are four walls with no doors. +>Oric must have purposed this room for ->trapping Siblings without slaying them. You wouldn't have thought even he could have such ->control over the level randomization, but maybe he does. >Huh? Oh. The Siblings whose names you know are Ecco, Cain, and Floe.

->You would rather not waste SP here, +>but if you ask one more time, and nicely, >you'll go along with this plan.

Also, a few notes:
-Letter count after the highlighted letter or for the entire line is unlikely to matter, as
when Execute/Dumbo.exe asked FFS about a grammatical mistake FFS fixed the error (deleting 1 letter) without changing the highlighted letter. However, since the edit in question was
after the highlighted letter on the line, letter count in front of the highlighted letter may still matter.
-All the orange letters are in the second half of the alphabet.
-Only 8 unique letters have been highlighted: y, r, u, s, t, p, o, and v.
