Nope, that doesn't make sense.

There's also no greek letter that would corespond to "half", so it's not a word constructed from, lets say, the letters H and B (Like "Alphabet" is from Alpha and Beta). Wikipedia suggests "Heth" from Phoenoician, which later became the greek ἦτα (eta), or "I", and also took a different path and evolved into the english "H". "HIB" is what I get from that, which... doesn't seem like a valid clue.

So we have YR RUST TU, and something is special about the Y and the T. We also know that HALFHABET is important and we have "INCREMENT_>13".

I want to say it's probably
plaintext -> (Something affecting those two characters)? -> classical cipher -> (Something affecting those two characters)? -> CIPHERTEXT.

The HALFHABET and INCREMENT_>13 come into play in either one of the things affecting those two characters, the cipher, or both.
It's probably not a straight classical cipher. I've tried Vigenere, affine, and Caesar for a few particular options, to no avail, but there might be something I'm not thinking of.

Without delving into any encryption whatsoever, YRRUSTTU is eight letters, the first thing that pops into my mind that would fit her situation, and is eight letters, is "Send Help", but I might just be totally wrong.
