Wait. Can Goom-bess Tattle objects? If so, why not Tattle this?

Goom-bess: Tattle scroll. If good, switch into active party in place of Al. Trade spells to Cherish for hard hat (In case this is a trap) and empty space. (to hold the scroll if required) Guard while opening scroll. If bad or ambiguous, take scroll without unrolling it. Save it for use in traps. I mean, even if he's being entirely truthful, attempting to absorb ultimate power might be hazardous to one's health.

Also, tip over speakers so they face the floor. We don't want an '"Item acquired!" fanfare' to kill our party.
