Use Illborn Exchange on self

Won't that cause him to capture himself in his own Illborn Exchange, though?

We need to take away his Illborn Exchange without losing ours. It looks like actions are mirrored, but rolls aren't. Do we have any spells that might work?

It would capture him, theoretically. And by capture, the Illborn Exchange kills things.

Also: don't you see it? We attack him until we lose the bulwarks, we get away, cast the bulwarks again, then come again. It's as easy as that!

Luckily, most doors start in the open state, so you don't even need to open the door. You still look over your shoulder make a gentle push motion just to make sure he'll do it and not secretly attack you or anything.



You toss your stat point and Exchange against the wall, but it looks like Dark Al hasn't copied everything. He tosses his Dark Exchange which probably doesn't actually do anything into the next room.





(Capture: 10) You capture a Copy Cat! (Knowledge: 18) Copy Cats are the Uncommon spawns on low-level Cleared levels (2, 3, 4, and 5). They can also appear, rarely, on normal Dungeon Levels when you're adventuring alone. Their Essences are one of the only sources of the Copy crafting element, but you may want to keep your pet Copy Cat alive! Bring it to Goom-bess for more info on its abilities. Don't forget to re-summon the Illborn in your Exchange when you want to put it in your party.
