It does.  We tried it once on thin air and it took SP.  (It generates the blade on the swing, so I'm assuming that's where the SP cost is.)

That wasn't the full attack if I recall. Heartbreaker had more options that we couldn't use.

Also could we use a stat point to get a passive sp regen stat~?

That's what the Heartbreaker's single use is; a strong alpha strike to break through a shield like that.  At 3d4, it has a very high chance of breaking 6 damage.
DR is subtracted from all die rolls seperately, so anything with a DR of four or higher (say, the bulwarks) is immune to that particular attack.
The Cupid's Assault exploit can still smash through pretty much anything seen so far, though, if you're looking for such an 'alpha strike'.

I would ask why fire can burn two men to death without getting hot enough to burn a book, but then I read "INEXTINGUISHABLE RUNNING KAMIKAZE RADIOACTIVE FLAMING ZOMBIE" and realized that logic, reason, and physics are all occupied with crying in the corner right now.

How much damage did the Cupid's Assault do again? I can't seem to remember, and I'm too lazy to check the index.

So if we're doing tactical combat, and imbue our shot with Ciro's Max MSP(using all 17 MSP) Ciro does (TACTICALCOMBATFIXEDDAMAGE+17) damages. Effectively killing bosses and the like in single shots.

This is how floe killed searchbots in single shots, seeing as her Sniper is likely more powerful, and likely has another ability.

All I know is that that chart is a giant purple hand pointing at Cherish's name, and if Cherish and Al has switched places, it'd be a giant purple hand flipping the bird at Slog's name.

Very appropriate, that.  :P

I was reading through the story so far, and I think we are all off on the whole lights in the void thing...

Of course I'm only on the part where they see Cain, maybe this has come up. Just felt like pointing this out.

Edit. Perhaps the lights have to do with choices? As someone makes/ confronts a choice a light blinks on to show their answer?

Next time we're up in 'town', we should ask around to see if anyone has seen PX-39 so we can grab our Scroll of Object Location and 8 Focus Gems back. With excessive force, even if unnecessary.

Never Forgive. Never Forget. Never BE Looted.

Edit: Wiki Link for the Clueless and Mislead.

Wanna bet PX-39 is actually behind everything?
